Hi, I’m Emily Awesome, coach and founder for Awesome Forge. I’m glad you found us.
I have coached folks from diverse backgrounds, from active members of the military to ex-con to engineers to founders; from India to Czechoslovakia to Hong Kong to USA. Because of my coaching, my clients' quality of life significantly increased. (Read their experiences here)
I am a whole person coach. I help my clients bring their best game to all areas of their life, whether it's divorce, parenting, building a business, etc. I coach them to be their full awesome self.
I offer real coaching, not a, here's-how-i-did-it-so-you-can-too recipe coach.
My coaching is here to evoke your awareness. It’s focused on helping you grow and blossom. I combine my kindness, keen eye for details and powerful inquiry to change lives. This unusual combination helps clients examine situations at a deeper level than they could alone.

I am a mother, software engineer, life coach, author, and artist.
I’m Asian, a female in a male dominated field, divorced, neurodivergent; my child is multiracial.
I understand how being atypical can make it hard to feel safe, be ourselves, and thus blocking us from unleashing our full potential.
My education and experiences helped me connect to folks from a diverse background and on a multitude of topics, and provide them with the safe atmosphere they need to explore hard questions and start getting in touch with their inner awesomeness.
I look forward to turning your "one day" into "day one".

I coach because I have benefited from coaching, and I want to do to others what my coaches have done for me.
I didn’t fit into boxes. My coaches helped me build my own box. Instead of cutting myself small to fit, I built an arena for me to grow.
It's my honour and joy to be able to support and spark growth in my clients. To be there with their darkest moment and see them pull through, to see their scattered and panicky energy turned focused and calm, to become unbothered by what once had made them fearful and small.
My clients don't just achieve what they dreamed of, they often do it several times over, and with ease. “Oh that's just a thing I do now, no big deal”. It's a gift to be able to do that, it wouldn't be right to not offer it.
