They said you are anxious, you overthink, you are taking too long to make a decision. They said you are unique and you need to love yourself more. You know that, but you don’t know how.

 

You wish you can set better boundaries, you wish you don’t sit in analysis paralysis, you wish you don’t drown in self-doubt. You wish that, but you don’t know how.

 

The reason you don’t know how is because you don’t know how to own yourself… yet.

 

You have been trying so hard. You read books, listened to podcasts, journaled, meditated, went to years of therapy. You try to work on your anxiety, your boundary setting, your perfectionism, but you still seem to be floating on the outside.

 

That’s because you didn’t yet work at the root cause – owning yourself.

 

It’s okay, you are not alone. I was like this previously too.

 

I used to live by others’ rules to feel safe. I spent my energy worrying about if I did right by each identity label or expectations, if doing something made me too girly, or not girly enough? Too nerdy, or not nerdy enough? It’s exhausting and lonely and sad. I couldn’t truly enjoy the lovely things I have in my life. 

 

After an amalgamation of therapy, coaching, self-help books, etc, until finally, one session, we worked on my self-view and connection with my body. That’s the missing piece. I have been doing all these backwards. I should have started at owning myself first!

 

As I feel more secure with myself, I got to be myself more. Relationships with my people, even with my ex, improved. I’m less angry, resentful and overwhelmed, and more joyful, creative and energetic.

 

Owning yourself, especially how to do so, is so rarely talked about. It could feel so frustrating and lonely when you have tried so hard and you don’t see results. You deserve to have real results.

 

This is why I created this course. Get to the crux of things. Start with owning yourself. Then, you can practice mindfulness, authenticity, brave choices, etc etc. 

 

This course extracts the piecemeal knowledge I have gained into 1 organized, practical guide. It’s broken up into logical modules, so you can take it in 10 min chunks, easy-to-fit into a busy, chaotic day.

Sneak Peek:

The first element is your “true north”. “True North” is your inner guide which tells you when you are “you”, and when you are not “you”. People said, listen to your gut feeling. How do you do that when you don’t feel your guts from chronic “self-silencing”?

In the program, we use an art therapy technique to connect with our bodies. For example, I learnt through this exercise that, when I over-apologized, there’s a “chill”/ “chest compression” sensation. I knew it existed, and that the sensation could trigger my chest inflammation, but I didn’t know it was related to my mental state! This seems so obvious now, but I didn’t know, I truly didn’t know.

Once you learn to read your true north/ gut feeling, it is actually very loud. Like your refrigerator.
